We will meet at a pre agreed place and set off for the day on Saturday at about 9:30am explore hidden lanes and hill tops. After stopping somewhere for lunch, either picnicing or in a suitable hostelry, depending on the preferences of the group, we will continue our journey for the afternoon and arrive at the campsite in time to pitch tents before dark. Once we have had some food and rest we can arrange an evening navigation exercise for those that want to take part. This will consist of a set of grid references a map and some navigational skills to find marker boards that we place around the locallity. The cost of the trip is €200 per vehicle which includes one night in a campsite. Food and drink expenses are not included.The price is based on two adults one vehicle. This trip will be suitable for families and there may be a small extra charge for more than 2 in a vehicle. The emphasis is on safe, fun and spectacular tracks and trails. We don't try and damage vehicles and we do offer support and assistance from two qualified off road instructors.
